Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date for domestic delivery only. If 14 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. At this time we do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not worn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached in original location. If items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached, item unworn, unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Items that have been worn or washed, items without all tags attached in original location, items with any stains or smell, gift cards or items purchased with store credit, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, accessories, & international orders.
Damaged/Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at [email protected]
To complete your return, we require a receipt. We are not responsible for any shipping costs and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items and do not guarantee that we will receive the item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please make sure your address is correct. If it is returned to us, we will charge another shipping fee to resend.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card will be emailed to you for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. STATUS LEXUS will not refund sales tax or any shipping cost.
If your return is denied we are not responsible for return shipping costs of the item(s).
Sale Items and Discount Code Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded for credit. DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IF IT WAS A MARKED DOWN ITEM. We will not be processing your item if you send it back to our warehouse for a return if it is a sale item or if a discount code was applied at time of purchase. We cannot return these items as they are final sale. If sent back there will not be a credit given of any kind and you will be responsible for fees of shipping back to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled. If an item is out of stock we will refund you for that item.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages.
Depending on the weight of the items, your package will either ship through First Class or Priority Mail.
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate is dependent on method of shipping. Priority mail does not mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any fees related to international shipping. If your package is lost in transit please contact your local USPS to get more information & for help on recovery of packages using your tracking provided by email upon shipping.
